Description of Creature: Mermaids are very beautiful women who appear humanoid from the waist up and fish from the waist down.  There are different colors and patterns of the fish and humanoid parts.  Mermaids almost always live in the water, usually salt water, but can live in freshwater as well.  When they travel onto land and their flesh becomes dry, their fishtail turns into a pair of legs and they can walk.  They do not like to stay in this form for too long and are usually back in the water within a few hours.  Some have different facial features specific to their race but some are so slight that they seem no different than any other human.  The culture of Merfolk is deadly.  They use special magic abilities to lure people into the water to drown.  There are very few Merfolk who wish to change from this culture but it isn't unheard of.  Their male counterparts are called Mermen, they will be listed as a separate creature.

Special Abilities: Allowed 3. (Intimidate - bear roar-wolf growl-lion roar, Ambush - high flying bird swooping out of nowhere, Dash - so fast they attack twice per post, things like that)

Description: The Mermaid sings a song and infuses it with Magic.  This has a stronger power over men but women are susceptible as well with a 50% chance to get caught by it.  The person caught by Enthrall will fall in love with the Mermaid and do as the Mermaid says for 2 posts; the second post has a 50% chance to wear off (women have a 75% chance).  With the Mermaid's swim speed they can usually drag someone down far enough into the water in 2 posts that they will run out of air before reaching the surface... usually, but some people have larger lung capacities than others or can save themselves when it wears off other ways.
